Incase the product has ruin or damage, buyer can request for exchange or refund by following these steps *Please take a video when you’ve unpacked the parcel for the prove. 1.Take pictures of the damaged product(s) from at least two angles (full image of product and close up of damage) 2.Send us your order number in the inbox or email 3.Brief description of the damaged unit(s)
*Buyers may return an order and request or for a refund or exchange within 7 days counting from the day after the order arrives at the recipient’s address.
*If an item has been used, washed or tag and sticker are removed, it is not eligible for refund or exchange

**แต่หากสินค้าได้ถูกใช้งานไปแล้วบางส่วน, ถูกซัก, หรือแกะป้าย,สติกเกอร์ ที่ทำให้สินค้าเสียหาย ทางเราขอไม่รับผิดชอบในส่วนของการคืนเงินและเปลี่ยนสินค้า**

For customers who live in Thailand the payment can be made by Bank transfer and Debit or Credit card. In case you choose bank transfer method, we will proceed your order once we receive your payment in our bank account.
